Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy covers personal information collected by GTARoofingEstimates.ca, operated by A&G Digital, in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

2. What we collect

• Name and phone number.
• Your property address.
• Roof measurement data derived from satellite/aerial imagery (via Google's Solar API) and associated property imagery.

3. Why we collect it

• To generate your roofing price estimate.
• To verify your phone number via SMS before providing your estimate.
• To schedule and facilitate a booked appointment with a matched contractor, if you choose to proceed.
• To prevent misuse of this tool (for example, limiting how often a single phone number can request a new estimate).

4. Who we share it with

The one vetted local contractor matched to provide your in-person estimate receives your name, contact information, address, and roof measurement data, so they can prepare for and conduct your appointment. We do not sell or share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes. We use Google's APIs to generate roof measurements and Twilio to verify phone numbers; these providers process data on our behalf solely for those purposes.

5. Consent

By submitting the contact form on this site, you consent to:

• (a) being contacted by phone or text by GTARoofingEstimates.ca and/or the matched contractor regarding your estimate and appointment;
• (b) our use of satellite and aerial imagery to measure your property;
• (c) the sharing of your information with the matched contractor as described above.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@gtaroofingestimates.ca — doing so may prevent us from completing your estimate or appointment.

6. Data retention

If your estimate does not result in a booked appointment, your roof measurement and imagery data is deleted within 30 days. If you complete a booked appointment, your information is retained as needed for that transaction and applicable business record-keeping requirements.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by contacting privacy@gtaroofingestimates.ca. Michael Giancola is accountable for privacy compliance at this company.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date will be updated accordingly.
