1. Who we are
GTARoofingEstimates.ca is operated by A&G Digital ("we," "us," "our").
2. What this service is
We provide an online tool that estimates roofing costs using satellite imagery measurement of your property, and — where you choose to proceed — schedule a confirmed in-person estimate appointment with one independent, vetted local roofing contractor.
3. Estimates are not binding quotes
Any price shown through this site is a preliminary, non-binding estimate generated from measured roof data and current material and labour pricing assumptions. It is not a quote, offer, or contract for roofing work. Final pricing is determined solely by the contractor following their in-person inspection.
4. We are a referral and scheduling service, not a contractor
We do not perform roofing work ourselves and are not a party to any contract between you and a roofing contractor. Contractors in our network are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. While we apply vetting criteria before including a contractor in our network, we do not warrant or guarantee the quality, licensing, insurance status, timeliness, or workmanship of any contractor's work.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your interaction with a contractor, the accuracy of any estimate, or your reliance on information provided through this site.
6. Accuracy of information you provide
You're responsible for providing an accurate property address and contact information. Estimates are generated for the specific address entered.
7. Acceptable use
This tool is intended for homeowners requesting an estimate for their own property. Repeated or automated use, or use to obtain pricing information for a property you don't own or aren't authorized to request an estimate for, is not permitted.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
